Turnabee

Turnabee is for anyone who coordinates other people's schedules: caregiving (medication, appointments, who covers which day), family life (kids' activities, school events, trips), nannies, teams and travel companions. Add people and their tasks; each person gets a private link and subscribes once in the calendar already on their phone (Apple, Google, or any .ics app). No account or app needed. Changes sync with reminders. Paste, speak or photograph a notice and AI drafts the tasks. English and Japanese UI. Free for up to 3 people; paid from US$4.99/month.
