AI Face Swap Video

Small solo project: a web tool that swaps a face into a short video. No app, no subscription, credit packs only if you want more after the free ones.

Upload a clip of up to 30 seconds and one clear, front-facing photo, pick full-body or face-only, and get the video back with the face swapped in. Most clips come back in about a minute at 540p or 720p, and it works on phone or desktop.

Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 24 hours and are not used for training. There are filters for NSFW content and a block on well-known public faces.

You get free credits when you sign up, no card needed. I'm Canoe, the solo developer behind it, and I'd really like feedback on where it breaks.
