About

Hi TinyLaunch πŸ‘‹

I built Reveal because every tracking app I tried only cared about my sport. But the interesting question isn't how fast I ran on Tuesday β€” it's how much of the world I have actually seen. That turns out to be a very small number, and seeing it drawn on a map is weirdly motivating.

So Reveal covers the world in fog and clears it permanently wherever you go. Not just runs and rides β€” walking, driving, trains, flights, ferries, 14 activity types in total.

The commute counts. The holiday counts. The walk to the shop counts.

Around that sits the stuff that makes it a game rather than a log: a scratch map of countries with familiarity tiers, about 50 achievements, streaks with freeze tokens, and the percentage of your city, country, and the world you have genuinely covered. Mine is embarrassing.

Two honest things before you ask:
β€’ It's Android only right now. I'm one person. If you're on iPhone, there's a "notify me" on the landing page β€” I'm genuinely using that to decide whether to build it, so it's the most useful thing you can do for me today.
β€’ It's free. All of it, for now. There will eventually be a paid tier for depth features, but recording, the fog map, achievements, and streaks stay free permanently. No ads, ever. And I don't sell location data β€” that's the whole reason the app is built the way it is (it doesn't even request background location permission; recording runs in a foreground service you can see).

I'd rather have your criticism than your upvote. What's confusing, what's missing, and what would make you actually keep it installed past week one?
