If you manage Google Business Profiles for home-service clients, the same small jobs come up every week: new reviews to answer, profile details to check, and a short update to send the client. GBP + Reviews Starter turns that into a routine.
It's written for the person doing the work on the client's behalf (freelancers, solo marketers, and small local-SEO agencies), not for the business owner. Plumbers are the example trade.
What's inside (one zip):
- 10 review-reply templates with merge fields: 3 for five-star reviews, 2 for ratings with no text, 2 for mixed 3–4 star reviews, 2 for angry 1-star reviews, and 1 for a suspected fake review, plus a short set of rules (no incentives, no public arguments, client approval on anything 3 stars or under)
- A one-page weekly GBP checklist, about 30 minutes per client profile: profile checks, reviews, content, and a short client update to close out the week
- A 3-page PDF with both, plus the Markdown files so you can copy the text into your own docs or tools
How to use it: pick one client profile, run the checklist this week, and answer new reviews with the templates, edited to match the real job and checked against the client's records.
