Sim Rig Designer is a free web tool for building a sim racing cockpit that fits you. Enter your height, how you sit, your seat, wheel base, pedals and screens, choose 2x4 wood, 40-series aluminium or a plywood wheel stand, and the rig is drawn in 3D with a driver in it.
The seat back, hip height, knee angles at rest and at full brake, hip and elbow angles and the screen position are checked against SAE J1100, posture studies and Fanatec and Asetek guides, each with its source. Your gear's hole patterns go onto the plates, and the shopping list counts boards, profiles, brackets and bolts. The design is kept in a share link.
Pro is 19 USD once for an optimised cut list, an aluminium BOM, DXF plates for CNC, a step-by-step build PDF, saved designs and GLB or OBJ export.
