Kite Delivery Date picker is a delivery and pickup scheduling app for Shopify stores, built by KiteLane. It places a date and time picker on the cart page, where customers select local delivery, store pickup or shipping and lock in a slot that suits them. The chosen date is stored on the order in the Shopify admin.
Merchants configure prep time, daily cut-off time and blackout dates for each fulfillment method, by day and by location. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the next available slot automatically. Paid plans add ZIP code validation, minimum order value, day-wise availability, order limits per day or per slot, product-specific prep and blackout days, Google Calendar integration and checkout customization for Shopify Plus.
Setup takes three steps: configure your schedule in the Shopify admin, enable the Kite app block in the theme editor, and save. The widget can be translated to match your store language.
Kite suits stores where timing matters, such as grocery, bakeries, florists, butchers, meal prep and catering, and wholesale food. A free plan covers up to 30 orders per month, and paid plans start at $5.99 per month with a 14-day free trial.
