About
FiberUp is a fiber tracker for iPhone and Android. 95% of people don't get enough fiber, and most have no idea how much they eat. FiberUp makes the number visible.
Log a meal three ways: pick from a 200+ food database built on USDA FoodData Central, scan the barcode on packaged food, or just take a photo of your plate and AI scanning identifies the foods and estimates the fiber.
A daily ring shows where you stand against your goal, with soluble and insoluble fiber split out, a weekly view, and a count of the different plants you eat. Your goal is set from your age, sex, and activity with the 14 g per 1,000 calories guideline, so it fits you rather than a generic number. Your log stays on your phone.
Built by Anthony Calise, an independent developer. The food database is also published as open data for developers and researchers.
