About
I tried a lot of to-do apps. Most came with boards, labels, filters, AI assistants, and team workspaces, and I spent more time setting them up than doing the work. So I built my own. I've used it every day for almost a year, for work, side projects, and everything else.
What it does
Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Someday, and projects grouped into areas. That's the whole system.
Type "water the plants every other saturday at 10am" and it sets the date, the repeat, and a reminder. It's a fixed parser, not AI, so the same sentence always gives the same task.
Notes, checklists, tags, and files on every task. Pictures and PDFs open right in the browser.
A public REST API and a hosted MCP server, so you can connect your own scripts, or Claude or ChatGPT, to your tasks.
Works in any browser. The iPhone app works offline.
What it isn't
No AI inside. If you want one, bring your own through MCP.
No teams or sharing. It's built for one person.
No Android app yet (it's in development), and no import from other apps.
Pricing
The free plan has unlimited tasks, 5 projects, and 2 areas, and you don't need a card. Premium adds deadlines, a month calendar on the web, smart projects (saved filters), unlimited projects and areas, and more room for files. It's $3.99 a month, $34.99 a year, or $59.99 once.
