CardboardShaper draws the flat blank for a cardboard box from its inside size. Pick a style (FEFCO 0201 shipping box, 0427 mailer, tuck end carton, tray and more) and a board from 0.45 mm carton to 7 mm double-wall corrugated, and every panel is sized for that thickness. Before you download, the tool folds the blank shut in 3D and flags panels that collide. Designing and previewing are free and need no account. A file costs €2.50 (PDF) or €3.50 (DXF or SVG), at 1:1 scale with separate cut and crease layers.
