Wishlyr is an iPhone app that helps you break the impulse-buying habit. When you want something, save it to your wishlist instead of buying it right away. Wishlyr locks your shopping apps and makes you wait 24 hours to 30 days. When the wait is over, you choose whether to buy it or skip it.
