About
Most alarm apps fail the same way: you tap the alarm off half-asleep and roll over. WakeWin is an iPhone alarm that makes getting up a habit you want to keep, the way Duolingo turned language practice into a daily streak.
When the alarm rings, the app picks a household object (a toaster, the toilet, the kitchen sink). You have to get up, find it and photograph it, and an AI checks that the photo is real. Then a few quick brain puzzles (math, memory, word scrambles, patterns, Stroop tests) get your mind going.
Every finished morning earns tickets. Streaks multiply them up to 2x, streak freezes protect the odd missed day, and sun-tickets unlock themes and wake-up songs in the in-app Shop. Premium subscribers can also enter a monthly draw for Amazon gift cards with the tickets they earn.
The core alarm, Photo Verify and the puzzles are free. Premium costs €7.99 per month or €44.99 per year. WakeWin launched on the App Store in September 2026, runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 26+), and is available in 14 languages. It is built by an independent founder in Munich, Germany.
