Invoice Maker is a free invoice generator that runs in your browser. Fill in your details, add your logo, list the work and download a PDF. There's no account, no watermark and no trial.
It also makes quotes, receipts and credit notes, each with its own numbering. It works in any currency, with GST, VAT or sales tax at the rate you enter, discounts, an amount already paid, and an optional "Scan to pay" QR code that links to your own payment page. Pick one of four looks (simple, modern, professional or minimalist) in any colour.
Your invoices, clients and logo are saved only in your browser on your device. The PDF is made on your device too. You can export a backup, export your history as CSV, or clear everything with one click.
Pro is an optional one-time A$15 licence with no subscription: saved clients and items, repeat invoices, quote to invoice in one click, more than one business profile, a signature on the PDF, simple reports and full backup.
