FeedbackDots lets website visitors point at a problem on the page, annotate it and submit a note without leaving the site. Each report includes a screenshot, browser and viewport details, console logs and a DOM session replay, so the team sees the page as it was when the issue happened.

The widget is added with one script tag copied from the project settings. The page lists the origins allowed to submit reports. No package or build step is needed.

Reports appear in one list in the dashboard. When Linear or Slack is connected to a project, an issue and a Slack message are created automatically. The site also lists Jira, GitHub and webhook sync on its Pro plan, along with surveys, feature requests and a client portal.
