PhraseSafe is a free tool we built for Etsy and POD sellers who print slogans.
Scanner (free, no account, 10 checks a day): type a phrase, or upload the listings CSV Etsy or Shopify exports. The file is parsed in your browser and only titles and tags are sent. It checks against about 878,000 live USPTO word marks in classes 14/16/18/21/25, current through Sept. 30, 2026, and every result shows that date. Generic one-word marks like SHIRT or MUG are skipped so they don't flood your results.
Free "Is it trademarked?" pages (https://phrasesafe.pages.dev/phrases?ref=tinylaunch): 20 popular POD phrases, each checked by hand against the USPTO's own status pages, with live and dead filings, owners, classes, goods text and a link to the official record.
Paid plans for scanning whole shops and watching marks are coming soon.
