About
ReticulOS keeps what you save from any app in one place. Highlight a line in a browser, a chat or a terminal, press Ctrl+Shift+=, and it lands in the collection you're in. Ctrl+Shift+4 saves a screen area as a picture. Ctrl+Shift+/ finds anything by keyword, offline. Ask Ret, the built-in AI, a question like "when does the washer warranty end?" and the answer cites the exact note, photo or PDF page it used; click the number to open it. No API key or AI subscription needed. Ret can write or edit notes only after you approve, and every change can be undone. Notes are encrypted on your computer; there's a day book, a separately locked password vault, and export of your collections to Markdown or JSON. Free on Linux and Windows, Mac coming next.
