About
Most gradient tools hand you a still image. Ribbonwash is built around motion. Draw a few Bézier curves in the browser, give each one colors, and Ribbonwash turns them into a living mesh-gradient background whose colors flow along every path and loop seamlessly.
There are 8 kinds of motion you can stack on one curve: flow, ping-pong, breathe, color rotation, deform, ripple, comet trails, and Move. Layers work the way designers expect: rename, hide, lock and weight each curve, with palette presets to start fast.
Export a single HTML snippet, a React component or a ready-to-host ZIP. The runtime is about 16 KB gzipped, has zero dependencies, uses WebGL2 and OKLab blending, and is MIT-licensed on npm (ribbonwash). You can also export PNG, JPEG, PNG sequences or MP4/WebM video up to 4K.
No account and no subscription. The editor is free, and Pro is $19 once.
