SayMaya is an AI chat and team inbox for Shopify stores and any website. It answers product, stock, price, policy and discount questions in seconds from your live store data, so there is nothing to scan or retrain. Order status is shared only after the shopper gives a matching order number and email. When a shopper asks for a person, or the AI is unsure, the chat moves to your team inbox with the full history and an email alert, so a teammate can reply right in the shopper's chat.
