Email Preview Tool shows one email on every screen people meet it on: the lock screen on iPhone or Android, the Gmail app inbox, the email opened, and Gmail on a laptop.
Type your sender name, subject, preview text and message. Each screen is drawn at real size, so you can see where your words cut off and how many characters show. You can compare up to four versions side by side, download a PNG of any screen, or copy a read-only share link.
You can also paste an email's HTML. The tool pulls out the preview text inbox apps show, warns when it starts with "View this email in your browser", checks whether Gmail will cut it short, and shows the email at phone width.
It's free with no sign-up, and nothing you type leaves your browser. It doesn't test spam or show exactly how Outlook draws a designed email.
