Email warm-up is the step before cold outreach: a slowly growing number of normal, two-way emails so Gmail, Zoho and other providers see opens, replies and spam rescues before real sending starts. BobWork Email Warm-up does this for free, with no credit card and no trial clock. Mailboxes warm on a shared network by default, and any account can switch to a private pool where only its own mailboxes write to each other and no bad neighbour touches your reputation. The engine ramps from 3 to 30 emails a day per mailbox, keeps business hours in each mailbox's time zone, replies to about 40% of warm-up mail, and moves anything that lands in Spam back to the inbox. It measures the spam rate in the receiving mailboxes rather than guessing, checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC daily, and marks a mailbox ready for outbound after 7 clean days under 3% spam. Supported: Gmail and Google Workspace, Zoho Mail (free plan included via API), Lark Mail, Yahoo, iCloud, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun and any IMAP mailbox. Honest limits: Outlook / Microsoft 365 is not supported yet. Built by a small team that needed it for its own launches and opened it up.
