SOXLayer is SOX compliance software for internal SOX teams and consultants. It checks uploaded evidence against each test attribute and proposes a Pass, Fail, Insufficient, or N/A verdict, citing the exact page behind each result. A person accepts, edits, or overrides every verdict and signs off on it, so every result stays reviewable. The workspace covers planning, testing, review, and evidence, with SHA-256 fingerprinted populations, evidence matching on invoice, PO, and receipt numbers, deficiencies linked to samples, and a hash-chained audit log auditors can verify and export. Customer evidence is encrypted and never used to train AI models.
