About
Export and organize your WhatsApp contacts without copying them one by one.
WAContact is a Chrome extension for WhatsApp Web that helps you turn your contacts into organized Excel, CSV, or vCard files. Whether you’re preparing a customer handover, organizing business contacts, or saving a personal contact list, WAContact makes the process easier.
Key features:
Flexible contact selection: Export from your available contacts or personal chats in your chat list.
Useful filters: Narrow your list by business account status, country calling code, or existing labels.
Multiple export formats: Choose Excel or CSV for spreadsheet work, or vCard for address book imports.
Contact details in one place: Export phone numbers, names, and other available details for review.
Additional export tools: Export group members and archive accessible chats, with media export available on an eligible paid plan.
Exported content is processed locally in your browser, and optional diagnostic analytics require separate consent.
Built for sales professionals, customer support teams, small businesses, and anyone who wants a more organized WhatsApp contact workflow.
Install WAContact, open WhatsApp Web, choose your contacts and format, and export.
