About

EngMock is an AI mock interview platform for software engineers. Turn your own interview questions, interview write-ups, TXT or Markdown study notes into private scenarios that you can review and edit before practicing.

Practice four technical interview tracks: system design, coding and data structures, object-oriented design, and AI-assisted coding. A live voice interviewer follows your explanations and work, asks adaptive follow-up questions, and gives feedback grounded in the session. Use an interactive architecture whiteboard or a coding workspace to work through the problem while explaining your reasoning.

VS Code mode is in preview. Write and run code in your own editor with familiar shortcuts and navigation while the voice interview stays in the browser. System design interviews use the web whiteboard.

Connect Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot or another compatible MCP client to create and edit scenarios, prepare interview setup links, and review reports and progress. MCP supports preparation and review; the live voice interview runs on the website.

Completed interviews include skill scores, supporting evidence and a replay. Revisit how you explained the problem, defended trade-offs and developed your solution, then use the report to choose what to practice next.
