Overview
DoColorAnalysis is an independent online color analysis service, launched in October 2026. It helps you find the clothing, makeup and hair colors that suit you, either from one daylight selfie or from a free questionnaire, and it is available in seven languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German and Japanese. Color analysis looks at your undertone, value, chroma and the contrast between your hair, skin and eyes, and it works for every skin tone and for men as well as women.
Features
The free color analysis test asks 12 questions about your veins, how you tan, gold or silver, your natural hair and eyes, and the colors people compliment. It takes about two minutes, runs in your browser and needs no photo or account, and it returns your most likely season, a runner-up and the matching palette. A free undertone test and a gold or silver jewelry check are also included.
The AI color analysis report reads one selfie and matches you to the 12 seasons of seasonal color analysis, with a runner-up and a confidence level. Each report includes your undertone and contrast, a 30-color palette with hex codes, six neutrals, six colors to keep away from your face, foundation, blush, lip and eye shades, gold or silver, four outfit ideas and hair color analysis with shades to try or skip. AI try-ons let you see a color, a hair shade, a makeup look, jewelry or an outfit on your own photo, and you can also order AI portraits or describe a plan to the AI stylist.
How it works
Take one front-facing selfie in daylight from a window, with no filter, little makeup and your hair visible (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB). Answer a few questions about your hair, eyes and skin, then pick a plan. The AI reads your photo right after you pay and the report is usually ready in about a minute; if the analysis fails, your credits come back automatically. Your selfie is used only for your report and try-ons, is deleted after 30 days and is never used to train AI models.
Pricing
The 12-question test and the undertone, jewelry and hair checks are free. The photo report comes with one of three one-time plans: Essential $29 (report and 15 credits), Complete $39 (report and 400 credits) or Studio Pro $59 (report and 1,500 credits). A try-on costs 5 credits, credits never expire, and there is no subscription. Credit top-ups start at 200 credits for $9.99.
