Monthly Rose is a period tracker for iPhone and Android that grows with you. It has four modes: period, trying to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum. Switch modes whenever you need to and your earlier records stay put.

Reminders at the times you choose.
Ovulation test strips: take a photo, the app reads it, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
Pregnancy mode with your week, due date, a kick counter and a contraction timer.
A one-page doctor summary as an A4 PDF, or copy it as text. Export everything as JSON or CSV.
