About
whenfor.us: the quickest way to see when your whole group chat is free.
Why a grid instead of a poll: a date poll makes the organizer guess a few options first, and a WhatsApp poll tops out at 12. With whenfor.us everyone marks all the hours they're actually free, so the tool can find a time nobody thought to suggest. Then it says so in plain words.
How it works: the organizer names the plan, picks up to 31 days and a time window, and gets one link. Everyone opens it, types a name and drags over the hours they're free. A heatmap fills in, and one sentence names the best slot, such as "works for 7 of 8". The organizer locks it in, people add it to their calendar (.ics or Google Calendar), and there's a ready-made message and image to post back in the chat.
It's free with no account.
