Mix Chapter gives concrete contractors, estimators and chapter members a free concrete takeoff from their own plans. Send the full plan set as a vector PDF, DWG or DXF, add your work email and click the start link. The takeoff starts only after that click, so nothing runs on a typo.
What comes back is a private link and a quantities CSV. The link shows concrete by element, rebar, and block and grout counts, each one shown on your own drawing with the math behind it. The scale is checked against the drawing's own dimensions, and open questions go to the engineer before anyone books a truck. A material cost estimate from typical local prices is included. It is an estimate, not a bid: verify before ordering. Most takeoffs are ready within a few hours.
