My Instincts is a private Android expense tracker that turns the bank, UPI and card payment notifications you already get into a spending ledger on your phone.
Most auto-trackers ask for SMS inbox permission or a bank login. Google Play has tightened SMS-based expense parsers, and bank-login apps hand credentials or Account Aggregator consent to a third party. My Instincts takes a narrower path: optional Android notification access. It only sees alerts from the banking and payment apps you allow, parses it on the device, and never requests READ_SMS or RECEIVE_SMS.
There is no account to create and no cloud ledger. Categories, weekly and monthly totals, bills and subscriptions stay on the phone. Optional Pro is a Google Play purchase (one-time or annual) — no separate credit-card form inside the app.
