MeetingRinger is a desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux that connects to your Google Calendar and rings before your meetings with a persistent incoming-call style banner. The banner stays on your screen and keeps ringing until you respond, so a meeting alert is much harder to overlook than an ordinary calendar notification. Install the app, connect your Google Calendar, and MeetingRinger rings before each meeting on your schedule. MeetingRinger is free for personal use, and $1/month ($12/year) for work domains.
