Xero doesn't have a built-in way to email standard reports on a schedule, so a lot of bookkeepers and finance teams export and attach the same reports every month. Reportpost does that part.
You sign in with Xero (read-only), pick the reports and the period (last month, last quarter, financial year to date and so on, with comparison columns on the P&L and balance sheet), choose who gets them and when, and it sends a combined PDF, an Excel workbook or CSV files on that day. Replies go to you. Bookkeepers can set up a separate pack and recipient list per client.
