GreetDock is a chat widget for websites, built around one idea: most buying questions are small, and they still cost the sale when nobody answers.
- The launcher shows who on your team is online, by name and face
- Your team sees the page the visitor is on and starts the chat with one click
- Chat can turn into a voice or video call in the same thread, with nothing for the visitor to install
- Co-browsing starts only after the visitor accepts; the team points and highlights but never clicks or types
- Each visitor's threads, call transcripts and files stay in one record, readable from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor over MCP with a read-only token
