About
Smilo is a simple wear timer that works with any clear aligner or retainer. The timer is free. No account needed. No ads.
First, add your daily wear goal and your tray plan. Use the numbers your orthodontist or aligner provider gave you. When your trays come out to eat or drink, tap once. Tap again when they go back in, and Smilo shows the hours you've worn today and the time left.
The free timer covers the daily routine. You get put-back reminders, a countdown to your next tray with a 9 AM reminder on switch day, and a checklist for cleaning, brushing, flossing and elastics. There's a 2-minute brush timer, a weekly chart, streaks and badges, and a Sunday recap card you can share.
Smilo Pro adds a progress photo vault, side-by-side tray photos, a whitening log, weekly insights, widgets, and a Lock Screen timer that counts while your trays are out. It's $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year in the US, with 7 days free for eligible new subscribers.
Smilo is a tracking tool. It doesn't give medical or dental advice.
