About
Accountly.cy helps a Cyprus business arrange routine accounting around a stated workload, independent professional responsibility and shared digital records. Its matched accountant works with the owner through Sumly, with a software licence and the owner's own access included in the agreed package. The parties establish who supplies records, reviews the work, approves returns and handles submissions before the switch.
For one Cyprus entity, the €290 monthly bookkeeping package excluding VAT covers up to 50 source transactions and two bank or payment accounts. Quarterly VAT returns and routine support are included within that scope. Onboarding from reconciled opening balances is €250 excluding VAT. Payroll, year-end accounts, corporate tax and independent audit require separate scope and are not all included in that monthly figure.
Additional work can be commissioned individually. Published service prices include VAT returns at €200 per return; payroll at €45 per employee monthly with a €90 minimum for up to ten employees; annual accounts from €850 for a straightforward year of completed books and up to 600 transactions; and corporate tax from €450 annually. Self-employed accounting starts at €190 monthly and management reporting at €250 per reporting month. Catch-up bookkeeping begins at €150 per month behind, with a €450 minimum and stated transaction and account limits. The actual agreement confirms applicable VAT and the work covered.
The model suits an owner with clean transactions and timely source documents who wants an efficient way to manage ordinary accounting without losing sight of the records. Clear workload boundaries make costs easier to compare, and shared software reduces separate administrative handoffs. Businesses with complex international tax, group structures or disputed historical figures may need a wider advisory engagement. Independent accountants provide the professional service; correction and qualifying direct late-fine commitments follow written terms and required client cooperation.
