AI Rules Builder composes a rules file for AI coding assistants from a catalog of original guidance: AI collaboration, agent safety, frontend, backend and data, quality and delivery. Start from a quick-start pack (team baseline, React SSR site, Node API, AI/LLM product, video platform and more) or upload package.json / requirements.txt to auto-select rules. Preview the markdown, then copy or download it for Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Windsurf. A library of 92 UI layout prompts in 15 categories can be added to the same pack.
