Popform is an e-signature and contract management tool for agencies, staffing firms and consultants who send contracts as part of closing work.
You can build reusable templates, send them for signature, track which agreements are still pending and download signed PDFs. Existing PDFs can be turned into templates with signature fields placed on them. A library of free standard agreements based on Common Paper’s open templates, such as an Independent Contractor Agreement, is included as a starting point.
Popform includes an MCP server, which lets AI assistants such as Claude work with your contracts directly. From a chat, an assistant can create or edit templates, manage contacts and companies, draft and send signature requests, send reminders, and check status or retrieve signed documents.
Pricing is per user per month on annual plans.
