SceneMixer is an AI short drama generator and AI movie maker that turns a script or a novel into a finished, multi-episode video series. Instead of one clip per prompt, it runs the whole pipeline a film crew would: adaptation, casting, storyboarding, shooting and editing.
Paste a script, upload a novel as .txt or .docx, or draft a story with the built-in AI script writer. SceneMixer breaks the text into characters, locations, props and episodes, creates a reference sheet for every character, and writes a shot-by-shot storyboard you can edit. Each shot is generated as a 4 to 30 second clip, depending on the model, and the clips are assembled into complete episodes ready to download or share.
Character consistency is built in: every shot is generated against the character's reference sheet, so the same face, outfit and build carry through the whole season. Characters speak on screen in 15 languages, and projects can be 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
