Window Capture

Window Capture is a small screen capture and recording app for macOS. Pick a display, a window, or a dragged region from the small capture bar, press Enter, and the shot or recording is saved. System audio and microphone can be toggled independently, and recordings can be trimmed afterwards. The free version covers screenshots and MP4 recordings up to 3 minutes. Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) and unlocks the recording time limit, GIF export, mouse-click highlighting, automatic clipboard copy, and OCR text extraction from images. Everything is processed on your Mac; nothing is sent to a server. Requires Apple Silicon and macOS 15 or later. Localized in 9 languages including English.
