About
Try a Trend turns one photo into a short AI video. There are two kinds of templates. Viral trend templates put you into a video format that is spreading on TikTok and Reels: each one follows the original clip's scene, camera moves and timing, and new ones are added when a trend takes off. New in November 2026: Dame Hombro (the Bulin 47 freestyle), Bicep Heart and the Chipmunks dance. Keepsake templates are for people and pets you miss: one more hug with a parent in heaven, a pet on the rainbow bridge, or a family moment for Christmas or the Day of the Dead. These take your photo plus a photo of your loved one.
How it works: pick a template and upload a clear photo. Each photo is checked automatically, then the site makes a free preview image so you can check the faces before paying anything. No sign-up is needed, and you get up to 5 free previews a day. If you like the preview, you pay for that one video. It usually arrives within a few minutes as an HD 720p video with no watermark, plus a poster photo and a ready-to-post caption. Videos are silent, so you add the trending sound when you post.
Pricing: the first video is US$4.99 for new customers and US$5.99 after that. A few templates have their own price, shown on the page before you upload. There is no subscription. Not happy with a video? Redo it once for free. Failed videos are refunded automatically.
Privacy: photos and previews are deleted within 72 hours, and videos 72 hours after they are made. Photos are never sold or used to train AI.
The site is available in English, Spanish and Japanese. Try a Trend is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or the creators of the original videos.
