LightUp turns cities into a map of short audio stories (gems) about real places, told by local guides. Walk to a spot, press play and hear what happened right there. Point your phone's camera at a monument to find out what lies behind it, turn the places you save into your own walking route, or book an in-person walking tour with an independent local guide. Guides and locals can record and publish their own stories. Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese, on the web and Android.
