Seatwell is a free wedding seating chart maker that runs in your browser. Paste your guest list or upload a CSV file, add round, long, head or sweetheart tables, and drag guests into seats. Families can sit together, and you can mark two guests to keep apart. A guest table holds each person's party, meal and notes, and meals add up per table.
There's no account and no sign-up. Your plan saves in your browser, you can download a backup file, and plain printing is free. Start from one of eight free layouts, from a rehearsal dinner of about 30 guests to 200 guests at rounds of 10.
One optional Wedding pass ($15 + tax where it applies, once per wedding) adds a live find-your-table page with a QR sign, an edit link for your partner or planner, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, and caterer reports with meal counts.
