GigUp is an AI job hunting assistant for freelancers on Upwork. It searches for Upwork jobs 24/7, matches them against your public Upwork profile, and sends you an alert when a job fits your skills. It can also help you prepare a proposal draft with AI, which you edit before sending it yourself on Upwork.
The product is built for freelancers who want to spend less time refreshing job boards and more time on work that suits them. You add your public profile link and an Upwork search link, describe the work you want, and choose the minimum match score needed to trigger an alert. Alerts can be sent by email, and Telegram and Slack are available on the Pro and Agency plans.
What sets GigUp apart is its emphasis on control. It uses only public profile and search data, never asks for your Upwork password, and does not auto-apply. Each match includes an explanation of why a job fits, so you can read the reasoning before deciding to apply.
