NestMaxx

NestMaxx is a free, online true-shape nesting tool for anyone who cuts flat stock to shape on a laser, plasma, waterjet or CNC router. It packs each part by its real outline using the No Fit Polygon method, so round and irregular parts slot together tightly. Small parts drop into the holes of larger ones, and the layout spreads across as many sheets as you allow. Import DXF or SVG files, choose from over 40 parametric shapes, or draw a part in the built-in 2D CAD editor. The finished nest exports as DXF (R12) or SVG. Everything runs on your own device: nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and every feature is free.
