Gym Ledger is a software alternative to managing gym memberships through separate paper registers and spreadsheets. It connects member profiles, membership dates, payment records, outstanding dues and attendance in a shared gym workspace.
Owners can give staff access with permissions, follow enquiries, assign workout plans and review business reports. QR and manual check-in support daily attendance. Max also supports compatible biometric attendance devices, subject to device provisioning and configuration.
Gym Ledger runs on Android and iPhone, with a web dashboard included in Max. Pro covers the mobile system. The mobile app has 16 language options, and each workspace manages one gym.
New gym accounts can start with a free trial. Continuing to add or change records after the trial requires a paid plan; existing records remain viewable in the mobile app. Prices and available purchase routes are listed on the pricing page.
