Trotlings is a walking game about a small friend that grows as you do. Pick an egg, then go for a walk. Trotlings reads your steps from Apple Health and turns them into a creature that hatches, grows and shows how your day is going.
Rest days are fine. Your friend keeps everything it has grown and waits for you. Keep five walk days in a week (rest days count too) and a pressed flower goes into your walk journal.
It lives where you already look. A widget on your Home Screen, your Lock Screen and your Apple Watch face show how the walk is going at a glance.
You can walk together without racing. Start a herd of friends or family and share one weekly step goal. You see how far the herd has come, and nobody is ranked. Your weekly total is shared only if you choose to, and you can turn that off any time.
Every day you walk, a free lucky box arrives with something to dress up your creature. The odds are shown in the app, and a box can never be bought. Every kind of friend you meet is added to your collection book.
Trotlings is free to start: one creature, a herd of up to four, the daily lucky box and basic widget and Watch looks. Trotlings Plus is optional, at $3.99 a month, $29.99 a year or $49.99 once, and adds a herd of up to eight, your full history and extra widget and Watch styles. Anyone you invite by link or six-letter code never signs in and never pays.
Your daily steps stay on your phone, and you can delete your account any time from Settings. Made by one person, for people who like a small reason to take a walk.
