About

Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo, and since 2025 Outlook, reject or spam-folder email from domains without SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Most small businesses find out when a customer says "your email went to spam" — and existing checkers answer with raw DNS records and red icons.

InboxSetup is a free checker for people who are not email admins. Enter your domain and you get:

- a score and a one-line verdict ("Your emails may land in spam");

- a numbered list of what to fix first, in plain English;

- the email services it detects (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Kit, Brevo and 24 more) with the exact records each one needs;

- where your DNS is hosted (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap and 9 others) with click-by-click steps for adding the record there.

Also on the site: SPF and DMARC record generators, a decoder for bounce messages (paste "550 5.7.26…" and see what it means and whose problem it is), guides for emails going to spam in Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, and a tracker of email marketing prices.

Everything runs in your browser over public DNS. No sign-up, nothing stored. Instructions are taken from each provider's own documentation and dated.
