HealthPass is a travel health passport for people who travel with a health condition. It keeps your conditions, medications, allergies, vaccinations and emergency contacts in one place and puts the essentials on an emergency card. A doctor or first responder abroad scans the card's QR code and reads it in English, German, French, Spanish or Portuguese, with no app and no login on their side.
It runs in the browser and installs as a web app, so there is nothing to download from an app store, and it works offline.
Two tools are free without an account: an emergency medical card in the local language (travelhealthpass.app/emergency-medical-card) and a doctor's letter for travelling with medication (travelhealthpass.app/medication-travel-letter).
