Repairs: record intake details and device condition, get the customer's signature on a repair agreement, assign a technician, track parts and services, and complete QA checks on the same repair record.

Shop operations: sell products and serialized devices through the built-in POS, track devices by IMEI or serial number, receive supplier purchases, run stocktakes, reserve stock for customer orders, and close each business day with cash counts.
