What Bardiah is

Bardiah is an email designer for marketers. You paste in your campaign copy, and Bardiah turns it into a finished, on brand marketing email. You refine the result by talking to it, then export clean HTML you can send from your email platform.

The name comes from the Arabic word for papyrus, the material people once used for letters, records, and official communication. The product follows the same idea: it takes plain text and presents it as polished communication.

Bardiah exists for the gap between writing a campaign and shipping it. Most marketers can write the copy. The slow part is the design step, which means dragging blocks around in a template builder, fixing spacing, checking mobile, or waiting for a designer. Bardiah removes that step.

Who it’s for

Bardiah is built first for the person who owns email marketing at a small company, often alone. That might be a solo marketer at a startup or ecommerce brand, a founder who writes their own campaigns, or a content or growth marketer who handles the whole email operation from brief to send. They write well and send regularly, but their emails tend to look like every other default template, and they have no designer on hand when a campaign needs to go out.

It also works for small ecommerce brands that send often and need every email to look consistent, and for marketing teams and agencies that manage several brands and need a faster way to produce emails for each one.

How it works

  1. Create a project. Upload your brand assets once: logo, colors, fonts, styles, and references. Each project keeps its own brand, so a team or agency can run several brands without mixing them up.

  2. Paste your copy. Drop in your campaign text as it is. No formatting is needed. Bardiah works out the headline, the sections, and the call to action, then designs the first version in your brand.

  3. Refine by conversation. Tell Bardiah what to change in plain language: “Use more whitespace.” “Make this feel more premium.” “Make the CTA stronger.” “Make the button softer.” The email updates right away, and each edit builds on the last instead of starting over.

  4. Export. When the email looks right, export HTML that is responsive and built to render in the major email clients. Paste it into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, or whichever platform you send from.

Features

Brand memory. This is the core of the product. A project remembers your layouts, spacing, tone, colors, and visual patterns, so your tenth email starts from everything the first nine established. You stop re-uploading style guides and re-explaining your brand, and your emails look like they came from the same hand every time.

Copy to email in minutes. The first draft appears quickly and already looks designed. You start from a finished layout and adjust it, instead of building one from a blank canvas.

Conversational editing. Changes happen through a chat panel next to the email. You describe what you want in everyday language, with no design vocabulary and no design software to learn. Bardiah shows what it is doing as it works, and you see the result as soon as it is applied.

Production ready HTML export. The output is clean, table based HTML with inline styles, responsive on mobile and built for email client compatibility. You can copy it straight into your email platform.

Projects for multiple brands. Each project holds one brand’s assets, settings, and email history. Agencies and multi brand teams can keep clients separate while working in one account.

A workspace around the builder. Your projects and emails live in a dashboard where you can see what is in draft and what has been exported. The app also includes templates to start from, team access for people who work together on campaigns, notifications, and account and billing management.

What it replaces

Bardiah stands in for the generic ESP template, the freelance designer you pay per email, the hours spent fighting a drag and drop builder, and the plain HTML you would otherwise hand code. It gives one person the ability to send emails that look as good as the copy inside them.
