Tikra is server-side tracking for Shopify. After install it shows what is wrong with your store's conversion tracking: paid orders, orders from ad clicks, orders the browser reported and what Meta counted. It then sends each paid online order from our servers to the platforms you connect: Meta, GA4, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and ChatGPT Ads. Every hour it checks what each platform accepted and sends missed orders again. Setup by our team is included in every paid plan.
