About
FormResizer prepares signatures and photos for online application forms: exams, recruitment, scholarships and government services.
Pick the KB range or pixel/cm size your form asks for, and it gives you a JPG that fits both. Before the download appears, the file is reopened and checked item by item: pixels, file size, format and DPI, each marked pass or fail.
It aims for the window between a minimum and a maximum (for example 10-20 KB), not just "under 20 KB". Signature clean-up trims empty paper, removes shadows and darkens ink, with a before/after preview. Exam presets come only from the current official notice, with the paragraph and date checked.
Everything runs on your device: images are never uploaded, and the tool works offline once loaded. No sign-up, no pop-ups, no ads between upload and download.
