Introducing SpeakPhoenix: An AI-Powered Language Learning Platform

I am pleased to announce the launch of speakphoenix.com, a comprehensive AI-powered language learning platform that I have developed over the past several months. What began as a personal project to help me learn Spanish has evolved into a robust educational tool that I am now making available to the broader community. The platform serves as an AI language tutor, offering 24/7 availability and cost-effective language instruction. While I recognize that AI cannot fully replace human instructors, it provides significant value through features that extend well beyond simple chatbot functionality. The platform includes AI-generated flashcards with contextual examples and pronunciation guides, comprehensive quizzes, immersive stories, personalized learning plans with weekly study schedules, role-playing scenarios, and the ability to integrate saved vocabulary into natural conversations. Currently, the platform supports eleven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, and Korean, with additional languages available upon request.

The platform prioritizes user convenience with a streamlined registration process that allows immediate access without subscription requirements or promotional emails. Instead of a traditional subscription model, I have implemented a token-based pricing system where users purchase tokens and spend them on platform actions (typically 1-2 cents per action). This pay-as-you-go approach ensures users only pay for what they use, with no recurring charges during inactive periods. New users receive complimentary tokens to explore the platform before making any financial commitment. The platform is optimized for desktop and laptop use, providing the best experience on larger screens. My primary goal is to share a tool that has proven valuable in my own language learning journey while maintaining sustainability for continued development. I welcome feedback from users and can be reached through this forum or at speakphoenixdev@gmail.com to discuss suggestions, questions, or requests for additional language support.
